Our hands on management approach, professionalism and diverse portfolio enables us to create a unique position in the industry. Our in-house training department educates our new employees from the very beginning of their journey and ongoing with both in-person and web-based training allowing us to develop the most talented associates in the industry. We are currently searching for a friendly, energetic Assistant Property Manager for our 190 unit apartment community located in Antelope, CA. This exciting position requires you to be a steward for the community building and facilitating health resident relationships, encouraging prospective residents to live at the community with creative advertising and engaging tours, assisting current residents with exceptional customer service, and supporting the Property Manager by strategizing the financial performance of the community, reporting and being a hands on leader.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pmContributions:
1-2 years experience as an Assistant Property Manager. Knowledge and formal training of Fair Housing Rules and Regulations.Computer knowledge:
MS Office and property management specific desired (Yardi and Rent Café). Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with residents, owners and vendors. Possesses a high level of professionalism, the ability to communicate well verbally & in writing and a strong work ethic. Must have reliable transportation.Benefits That Will Benefit You:
