This position grants you authentic ownership over federal and government projects where your contribution directly drives public impact. How You Will Make an

Impact:

Review, manage, and process schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and subcontracts to keep field operations running smoothly. Analyze detailed blueprints, project plans, and specifications utilizing Bluebeam and Procore software platforms. Collaborate directly with project managers, field superintendents, and public agency representatives to resolve plan discrepancies. Support scheduling and project planning efforts Participate in project meetings and prepare meeting minutes as needed Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum 1 year of progressive project engineering experience in public works or federal construction. Experience with or ability to comfortably prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, and plan reading. Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with developing and processing change orders. Familiarity or working proficiency with Procore, and Bluebeam software. Fundamental understanding of public works and prevailing wage guidelines. Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a highly coachable mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project) Preferred Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field. 2+ years of progressive project engineering experience in public works or federal construction. OSHA 30
