Job Description

We are looking for an energetic Property Manager (or Manager/Maintenance & Groundskeeping team) to be responsible for the oversight of a Mobile Home Community. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue. 5 years' prior experience in RV or Mobile Home Park management and maintenance is preferred. The Manager (or Team) position provides on-site housing and is required to live on-site. Responsibilities for Property Manager Manage rent roll, distribute rent statements, collect rents and deposits. Prepare and serve legal notices; enforce the community's rules and regulations. Maintain required logs and forms and comply with all laws and regulations related to the management and operation of the property. Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards. Maintain a positive, productive relationship with residents. Screen all resident applications and track home sales, rentals and vacancies. Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance by tracking Manager's budget and forecast. Be "on call" for emergencies and ensure property coverage. Skills for Property Manager 5 years' proven work experience as a Property Manager. Full understanding of property management and its financial aspects. In-depth knowledge of rules and regulations surrounding property management. Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software. Resident-focused and bottom-line oriented. Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills. Well-organized with excellent time management skills. Responsibilities for Maintenance Technician (if applying as a team) 5 years' proven work experience in Maintenance. Grounds maintenance, including beautification of the grounds and landscaping. Maintenance needs for the park-owned rental homes. Perform or supervise the maintenance work required to turnover rental homes. Collect bids for any outside vendor jobs. Direct the maintenance work of any outside vendors. Conduct lot inspections and deliver notices. Maintain required safety logs. Must be able to manage projects. Be "on call" for emergencies and ensure property coverage. Skills for Maintenance Technician Grounds maintenance, park curb appeal experience. Detail oriented. Record keeping of tools and inventory. Basic knowledge of building, electrical and equipment repairs and maintenance. Background check and drug screen required prior to employment.
