Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

House Manager Beverly Hills, CA $175,000-$250,000 Esteemed Executive based on the Westside is seeking an experienced House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations. This role requires strong leadership, discretion, and the ability to manage household staff, vendors, and property systems with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee household staff and ensure seamless coordination across multiple teams Conduct regular property walkthroughs and oversee maintenance Lead vendor relationships end-to-end, including sourcing, vetting, contract oversight, scheduling, and invoice review Manage household inventory, supplies, and budgets while maintaining cost efficiency Oversee the care, handling, and documentation of fine art and valuable objects Provide personal support including calendar management, reservations, travel coordination, gifting, errands, and specialty services Partner with event planners and service teams to ensure the home is always guest-ready and events are executed seamlessly
Qualifications:
