Job Description
ARTIST CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
Music / Entertainment- Part-Time, On-Site Beverly Hills / Los Angeles, CA
THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION
- NOT REMOTE.
SCHEDULE
Approximately Monday-Friday, 2-7 PM or 3-8 PM, depending on the day's schedule. Flexibility is important. Some evenings and weekends will be required for performances, content shoots, events, and music releases. Occasional domestic and international travel may also be required.WHAT YOU'LL DO
Content Creation & Social Media Film high-quality vertical video and take photos of the artist using an iPhone. Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Edit Reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts quickly in CapCut. Edit and enhance photos for social media. Create Stories, graphics, announcements and other assets in Canva. Add captions, music, text, transitions, effects and branding. Frequently shoot, edit and publish content the same day- sometimes within hours.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Platforms are a plus, but not required.WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You are creative but also organized, dependable, and proactive. You understand that working with an artist isn't a conventional desk job. One afternoon may involve editing content and analyzing social performance; another may involve filming a DJ set, shooting lifestyle content around Los Angeles, or helping prepare for a music release. You should be comfortable taking initiative, working directly with the artist, handling confidential/unreleased material, adapting quickly. CapCut- strong working knowledge required. Canva
