Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Responsibilities Manage multiple property managers and property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations. Oversee lease or rental agreement management, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and local landlord-tenant laws. Utilize property management software such as Yardi to track financials, tenant data, and maintenance requests efficiently. Lead and develop a team of property staff, fostering a collaborative environment focused on excellent customer service. Handle conflict management situations with tenants or vendors professionally and diplomatically. Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management to ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all regulations. Prepare budgets, financial reports, and manage expenses to meet financial targets while optimizing property performance. Requirements Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a strong understanding of lease management and landlord-tenant law. Proficiency in property management software including Yardi Demonstrated team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment. Excellent customer service skills combined with effective negotiation and conflict resolution abilities. Strong organizational skills with experience in budgeting, data entry, filing, and facilities management. Office experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook; Effective communication skills with professional phone etiquette for client interactions. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
Pay:
$125,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
