The Residential Staff are a central operational role within the FC Bayern Academy San Diego. Reporting directly to the Senior Academy Administrator, this person ensures the safety, wellbeing, and development of players. These team members will coordinate leisure-time activities and serve as a primary point of contact for players and parents. Activity Coordination

• Plan and execute team-building activities, cultural events, and off-pitch programs for players in collaboration with FC Bayern Academy staff
• Organize structured homework, study, and tutoring sessions
• Monitor and support players' academic performance in close coordination with Senior Academy Administrator
• Promote personal development
• supporting players in building life skills, self-discipline, time management, and resilience
• Coordinate and accompany players to appointments and off-site activities
• Foster a positive, structured, and caring environment aligned with FC Bayern's values Residential Duties
• Serve as the primary contact for Academy players and parents outside of typical work hours
• Monitor player wellbeing and communicate proactively with Academy staff
• Ensure compliance that all interactions with minors are in line with FC Bayern, SafeSport, and U.S. regulatory standards
• Carry out nightly room checks in accordance with SafeSport requirements
• Other duties as assigned Compliance & Standards
• Ensure adherence to FC Bayern's internal standards, code of conduct, and operational procedures
• Uphold all SafeSport, child safeguarding, and duty of care regulations applicable in California and under U.
