This role is ideal for a leasing or property management professional who enjoys a mix of resident interaction, administrative support, leasing coordination, and property operations. This position offers the opportunity to join a busy multifamily property environment where organization, customer service, and follow-through are highly valued. The successful candidate will work closely with property staff, support current and prospective residents, and help keep daily operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Assist current and prospective residents with leasing inquiries, applications, tours, and general property support. Maintain accurate tenant files, leasing documents, invoices, and records in property management systems. Process administrative tasks including data entry, scanning, copying, filing, document organization, and invoice support. Respond to resident questions, coordinate service request support, and provide professional customer service. Support daily leasing operations by preparing paperwork, scheduling appointments, and assisting with move-in related documentation. Partner with property staff to ensure smooth communication, accurate records, and efficient day-to-day operations.
