Maintain accurate financial records using property management tools such as Yardi and OneSite, including accounts receivable, payable, budgeting, and financial reporting. Oversee lease or rental agreement management, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law. Process invoices, payments, and budget adjustments while ensuring accuracy through diligent data entry and filing practices. Handle legal administrative tasks related to property management, including contracts review and enforcement of community rules. Coordinate property maintenance requests and facilities management activities to uphold community standards. Resolve conflicts effectively through negotiation and conflict management techniques while maintaining positive client relationships. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, correspondence, and reporting; maintain organized records for audits and legal purposes. Support Section 8 (Housing Choice Voucher) programs and LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) compliance efforts as needed. Uphold excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards when communicating with residents, vendors, and stakeholders. Assist in upselling community amenities or services to enhance resident satisfaction and retention. Experience Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles, preferably within community associations or multi-family housing environments. Demonstrated proficiency with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, or similar platforms. Strong bookkeeping skills with experience managing budgets, financial reports, and invoicing processes. Knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 programs, LIHTC compliance, and related legal frameworks. Excellent conflict management abilities coupled with negotiation skills to resolve disputes amicably. Prior experience managing lease agreements, rental contracts, or HOA documents is highly desirable. Familiarity with office procedures including filing systems, data entry accuracy, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and customer relationship management tools.
