About the Role The Max Group is looking for a responsible, organized, and resourceful Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of short-term, mid-term, and long-term rental properties. This is a hands-on operations role. We are looking for someone who can communicate professionally, manage multiple properties, and most importantly — solve problems and take ownership. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of STR, MTR, and LTR properties Handle Airbnb guest and tenant communication Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, move-ins, and move-outs Manage maintenance requests and troubleshoot property issues Coordinate cleaners, technicians, contractors, and other vendors Assist with tenant inquiries, screening, leasing, and renewals Communicate property updates and solutions to owners Conduct or coordinate property inspections Monitor listings, reservations, and rental operations Follow up on issues until they are fully resolved Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above from a U.S., European, or other Western-accredited university; Master's degree preferred 1+ year of experience in property management, real estate, hospitality, or a related field Airbnb / short-term rental experience strongly preferred Familiarity with Airbnb, PriceLabs, Buildium , Zillow, or similar platforms Must have lived in the Greater Los Angeles area for at least 2 years and be familiar with local cities and neighborhoods Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Professional and friendly when communicating with owners, tenants, guests, and vendors Comfortable managing multiple tasks and properties simultaneously Comfortable working independently and making decisions Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software AI & Technology We actively use technology and AI tools such as ChatGPT in our daily operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI for research, troubleshooting, drafting communications, organizing information, and improving work efficiency.
