Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Managing Property Supervisor to join our property management team. This energetic role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing client relationships, and maintaining high standards of property maintenance and tenant satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, extensive property management experience, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of property management staff to ensure efficient operations and excellent tenant relations Oversee lease or rental agreement management, including renewals, terminations, and documentation accuracy Manage property maintenance schedules, vendor relationships, and facilities management to uphold property standards Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, landlord-tenant laws, Section 8 guidelines, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), and other relevant legal requirements Handle client communication with professionalism via phone etiquette and written correspondence Lead conflict management efforts between tenants or vendors while fostering positive relationships through negotiation and upselling techniques Qualifications Proven experience managing homeowners associations (HOAs), residential properties, or community associations Current CACM certification, such as the Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) designation Strong understanding of HOA governing documents, including CC&Rs, bylaws, rules and regulations, and board policies Experience preparing for and attending HOA board meetings, implementing board directives, and communicating with board members and homeowners Thorough knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 requirements, and LIHTC compliance Proficiency with AppFolio or similar property management software Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise, motivate, and develop property management staff Excellent customer service, conflict-resolution, and negotiation skills Knowledge of contracts, budgeting, vendor management, and property maintenance operations Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, data entry, filing, and general office administration Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Join us to lead a dedicated team committed to excellence in property management!
