(PFI) residential home. The position ensures that services are person-centered, safe, consistent, and responsive to the needs of individuals served while maintaining an organized, sanitary, and well-functioning home environment. The House Manager provides direct care and active treatment, supervises residential staff, supports implementation of individual plans, oversees documentation and household operations, and coordinates health, safety, community access, transportation, and daily living supports. The position requires sound judgment, accountability, flexibility, and the ability to respond effectively to medical, behavioral, staffing, and environmental needs. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent. Two or more years of direct care experience supporting individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities or a comparable population. Valid California driver's license and an acceptable driving record sufficient to meet PFI driver authorization requirements. Regular access to a reliable personal vehicle that is currently registered, appropriately insured, and able to meet PFI personal vehicle requirements for authorized organizational business. Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid certification and all other required clearances, screenings, and certifications. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to follow instructions, implement programs, complete documentation, and communicate effectively with individuals served, families, supervisors, medical professionals, and regulatory agencies. Ability to exercise sound judgment, respond to emergencies, supervise staff, manage competing priorities, and work independently within established policies and direction.
