Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Community Manager to lead our social media presence and community engagement initiatives. In this role, you will craft compelling content, manage online interactions, and develop strategies to enhance our brand visibility. Your passion for digital marketing and community building will help foster vibrant resident relationships and elevate our property's reputation. Responsibilities Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to promote community events and initiatives. Monitor social listening tools to gather insights about community sentiment and respond promptly to inquiries or feedback. Create high-quality visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing tools to showcase property features and resident activities. Manage scheduling and posting through social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent online presence. Collaborate with marketing teams on branding efforts, digital advertising campaigns—including Facebook Advertising—and content creation strategies. Engage with residents and prospective tenants through relationship management techniques to foster a strong sense of community. Analyze web analytics and Google Analytics data to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future outreach efforts. Skills Proficiency in social media marketing, management, and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, and Web analytics platforms. Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating compelling visual content. Knowledge of SEO practices, keyword research, and digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility. Excellent communication skills for public relations activities, proofreading content, and managing community interactions. Ability to handle photography and video editing tasks that highlight community amenities and events. Experience with social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and gather community insights. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms related to property leasing or resident services is a plus.
