Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Live-In House Manager / Support Staff to oversee the daily operations of a female group home for women overcoming mental health struggles. This individual will oversee the daily operations environment, ensuring a safe, supportive, and well-managed home for residents. This role involves supervising household activities, providing compassionate support to individuals with diverse needs, and maintaining a secure and organized living space. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of residents from underserved communities. This is a paid position that offers the opportunity to work closely with individuals experiencing mental health challenges and co-occuring disorders. Qualifications Proven supervising experience in residential or community settings Strong background in childcare, social work, behavioral health or home & community care experience Knowledge of mental health / behavioral health conditions and crisis intervention techniques Excellent communication skills with the ability to write clear reports and client communications Experience working with culturally diverse communities and underserved populations Ability to handle manual tasks such as manual handling safely and perform first aid or CPR when necessary Demonstrated conflict management skills Competency in de-escalation techniques and working effectively under pressure This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference while developing your skills in social work, crisis management, security, and client support within a dynamic environment.
