Responsibilities:
Communicate with property owners, tenants, and vendors Coordinate maintenance and repair requests Assist with leases, move-ins, move-outs, and inspections Maintain records and update AppFolio Assist with daily property management operations Participate in rotating after-hours emergency call coverage when needed
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written English communication skills Fluent Mandarin Chinese strongly preferred Responsible, organized, and willing to learn Property management or real estate experience is a plus, but not required California DRE Salesperson License preferred; candidates currently pursuing a license are welcome Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available
Pay:
$26-$30/hour
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours/week
