Job Summary We are hiring a Wildlife Control Technician / Animal Removal Specialist to perform inspections, wildlife removal, exclusion work, and sales of prevention services . This is a field-based role combining: Wildlife removal Property inspections Repair & exclusion work Customer education and closing sales If you enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, and interacting with customers, this is a great opportunity with year-round work and growth potential . Wildlife Control Technician, Animal Removal Technician, Pest Control Technician, Wildlife Removal Specialist, Nuisance Wildlife Technician, Field Technician, Service Technician, Outdoor Technician, Construction Labor, Entry-Level Technician , General Labor. No experience required - training provided Key Responsibilities Inspect homes and commercial buildings for wildlife activity and entry points Safely trap and remove animals (raccoons, squirrels, bats, birds, snakes, etc.) Perform exclusion work (sealing entry points, repairs, prevention) Prepare inspection reports with photos and recommendations Educate customers and sell removal + prevention solutions Provide estimates and close service agreements Maintain service and sales records Use ladders, roofs, crawl spaces, and attic access safely Deliver excellent customer service in the field Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience in wildlife control, pest control, construction, roofing, or HVAC (preferred but not required) Sales experience or willingness to learn sales (strong plus) Comfortable working outdoors and in confined spaces Able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders/roofs Strong communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with clean record Able to pass background check and drug screening Work Environment Outdoor, field-based role Exposure to weather, wildlife, attics, crawl spaces Flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends) Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay + commission/bonus (high earning potential) Company vehicle, phone, and equipment Fuel card Health insurance Paid training and certifications Year-round work (not seasonal)
