Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents. Process applications, leases, renewals, notices, and resident correspondence. Assist with rent collections, delinquency follow-up, and resident account management. Conduct community tours and support leasing and occupancy goals. Respond to resident concerns and coordinate resolutions in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate resident files and property records. Coordinate with maintenance staff regarding work orders, unit turns, and resident requests. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies. Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and other administrative documentation. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of property management, leasing, customer service, or administrative experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, or other property management software is a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. High school diploma or equivalent required.
