We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at our apartment community. Build a rewarding long-term career in property management and maintenance operations. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all maintenance operations for the apartment community. Lead, train, and mentor maintenance technicians and grounds staff. Ensure timely completion of service requests, work orders, and preventive maintenance programs. Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building components. Perform HVAC repairs and refrigerant handling in compliance with EPA regulations. Oversee apartment turns and ensure units are move-in ready. Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns. Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed. Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies. Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, safety regulations, and local building codes. Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance situations as required. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred. Previous maintenance supervisory experience required. EPA Certification required. HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance experience required. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and carpentry. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical maintenance duties.
