Preferred Qualifications:
2-3+ years of experience with personal insurance in a brokerage setting Active Property & Casualty License MS Office Insurance knowledge, including coverage, product knowledge, and familiarity with agency functions and procedures You have experience working with agency management systems.
What you will be doing:
Engage with customers through phone calls, efficiently connect them to the right departments, and provide insightful answers to their inquiries. Elevate every client interaction by delivering an exceptional customer service experience. Manage insurance claim filing and processing Answer client's billing, claims, coverage questions, etc. Assist with cancellation notices and evaluating renewal policies !

Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.
