Resident Onsite Manager North Oak Property Management Gardena, CA Job Details Full-time | Contract $18.42 an hour 18 hours ago Benefits 401(k) Flexible schedule Qualifications Safety regulations No experience needed Tenants Full Job Description Job Summary Mid-Size Property Management Company Seeking for a Resident Onsite Apartment Manager to manage 121 unit mixed-use building in Gardena, CA 90249.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Property Viewings and Documentation:
Show and rent apartments as they become vacant. Deliver all necessary documents and payments to the Management Company upon rental.
Rent Collection and Record-Keeping:
Collect rents promptly and deposit them in the building account or deliver to the Management Company.
Apartment Preparation:
Oversee the cleaning and preparation of vacant apartments for rental.
Common Area Maintenance:
Maintain common areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
Record Keeping:
Prepare and maintain records and reports required for the property. Serve necessary documents to tenants.
Compliance:
Adhere to Fair Employment Practices Commission rules, equal housing laws, and local Fire, Health, and Safety regulations.
Tenant Communication:
Notify the Employer and/or Management Company of any unusual tenant issues or behavior.
Financial Management:
Spend only authorized amounts as specified in writing by the Employer.
Timekeeping:
Submit signed time cards or time sheets showing daily work hours as required by the Employment Agreement.
Work Experience & Skills:
No prior experience is needed; we'll provide training. Benefits After 1 month - 401K (Auto-enrollment at 6% for all new hires and re-hires Health insurance after 1 month - Should you choose to participate in the group health insurance benefit offered, you will be responsible to pay 50% of the monthly premium and North Oak Real Estate Inv., Inc will pay for 50% of the employee's monthly premium.
Additional Information:
Compensation shall be free rent for a one-bedroom apartment (lodging credit) + monthly gross salary of $4,300.00 Expected hours: Approx. 160 hours per month for one person
Schedule:
