Learning Services, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner, is a growing organization dedicated to excellence, honesty and ethics in the treatment of our clients and each other. For more than 35 years, we've developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries. Benefits include, but are not limited to: Comprehensive benefit package (medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k) and more) Tuition Assistance Referral Bonus We are searching for a Residential Operations Manager in our residential program located in Gilroy, CA.
Duties:
Ensures implementation of governing policies and procedures (CARF, State Licensing, etc.) Projects and identifies staffing needs and communicates same to Program Director, Regional VP and Recruiting Department Ensures and monitors the proper application of policies regarding hiring practices, disciplinary actions or termination, performance appraisals, EEO, anti-discrimination, and employee recognition Responsible for overseeing orientation and training of staff in designated sites. Identifies staff training needs and coordinates resources to meet same Works with Clinical Specialist/Director and/or Regional VP to identify staffing patterns and budget parameters to promote fiscal responsibility Monitors planned/unplanned program expenses and makes adjustments as needed to remain within budget Maintains complete, up-to-date personnel records and other related documents for designated staff in a confidential manner Responsible to collect data, monitor trends and communicate information as appropriate to designated personnel Routinely attends and actively participates as a member of one or more standing committees as requested by
Program Director/Regional VP Requirements:
A bachelor's degree along with a minimum of two to three years experience in the health care industry is required Must have a valid driver's license and maintain responsible driving behaviors Collage Rehabilitation Partners is an equal employment opportunity employer.
