Overview We are looking for an experienced and dependable Property Management Bookkeeper & Office Coordinator to join our office in Hemet. This position is responsible for the day to day bookkeeping for our property management operations, along with front office and administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate with numbers, comfortable managing financial records, and able to handle multiple properties and responsibilities. Responsibilities Handle day to day bookkeeping for multiple properties and business entities Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Process rent payments and maintain tenant ledgers Enter and pay vendor invoices Perform bank and account reconciliations Track outstanding balances and follow up on past due accounts Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation Prepare reports and information for management and the accountant Assist with CAM and NNN charges and property related expenses Maintain vendor and tenant records Answer phones and assist with front office operations Communicate with tenants, vendors and contractors Prepare letters, notices and other correspondence Maintain lease, property and accounting files Prepare, issue and process maintenance work orders Coordinate maintenance requests, vendors, contractors and property access Assist with permit processing and communication with City or other agencies as needed Follow up on maintenance, permit and property related items to ensure completion Handle additional property management and office responsibilities as needed Qualifications Previous bookkeeping experience required QuickBooks experience required Yardi experience preferred Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable Experience with bank reconciliations and maintaining financial records Property management or real estate experience strongly preferred Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and follow up skills Professional phone and email communication Comfortable handling confidential financial information Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities Dependable and punctual Bilingual preferred, but not required Schedule Monday through

Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 per week
