This role serves as a primary touchpoint for resident relations and local building operations. The ideal candidate balances exceptional professional empathy with a thick skin, thrives in a fluid environment, and contributes openly to our team dynamics. Because this role requires frequent local travel and quick emergency dispatch response, deep familiarity with or residency in the local South Bay area is strongly preferred. Core Responsibilities 1.
High-Responsiveness Resident Relations Primary Contact:
Serve as the central point of communication for tenant inquiries, correspondence, and notices.
Rapid Communication:
Manage and respond swiftly to incoming telephone calls, text messages, emails, and voicemails.
Conflict Resolution:
Approach all resident interactions with kindness, compassion, and professional boundaries to resolve issues diplomatically. 2.
Maintenance Coordination & Field Operations Work Order Pipelines:
Collaborate closely with our in-house maintenance technicians and external vendors to schedule, log, and track maintenance requests.
Field Logistics:
Drive locally to properties to meet contractors, coordinate vendor access, post notices, and verify completed work.
Property Upkeep:
Perform routine property inspections with an eye for tidiness. 3.
Leasing & Portfolio Growth Prospect Engagement:
Coordinate and conduct in-person property tours and showings for prospective residents.
Application Facilitation:
Guide prospects through the inquiry-to-lease pipeline, highlighting the unique features of our local properties. 4.
After-Hours Emergency Rotation On-Call Service:
Participate in an on-call rotation for 1 to 2 weeks per month.
Emergency Dispatch:
Answer urgent after-hours emergency calls and independently dispatch approved emergency vendors to mitigate property damage or resident safety issues.

Highly structured with a proven ability to manage, prioritize, and multi-task an ever-changing daily schedule.

Qualifications & Requirements Local Proximity:
Located near or within the South Bay area to enable efficient response times.
Mobility:
Possession of a valid California Driver's License, a clean driving record, and a reliable personal vehicle for daily local travel.
Experience:
Prior experience in residential property management, customer service, or hospitality is valued, but anyone with the Required personal attributes is encouraged to apply.
