Community Association Manager

Community Manager Roles & Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of community associations, attend board meetings, act as an advisor to the Board of Directors, homeowners and vendors Facilitate an annual calendar, solicit proposals, review proposals/contracts, prepare bid comparisons, review and approve all payables and review monthly and annual financial statements Communicate regularly with CEO and inform him of any concerns Manage schedules, deadlines and action items Provide support in the areas of administration, annual meeting preparation, audit & tax filing and budget preparation. Conduct regular walk throughs and inspections of the communities as required in the management contract Adhere to industry practices in addition to DPG policies and procedures Qualifications 3 years of prior HOA portfolio management experience CMCA certification, PCAM preferred Strong time management and organizational skills Effective writing and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Exceptional problem solving and customer service skills Working knowledge of Association CC&Rs and Bylaws and industry best practices based on current rules, regulations and laws. Ability to multitask Strong ethics Ability to work under intense situations and maintain professionalism DPG offers flexible meeting options to our clients that includes virtual platforms such as Zoom in addition to in person meetings. Some in person evening and Saturday meetings may be required based on mutual agreement by the community manager and the client.
