We are a property management company that specializes in manufactured housing communities. We are looking for a community manager to manage one of our communities in Indio, CA. Qualified candidate shall have a minimum of 2 years of experience as multi-family or mobilehome park community manager of moderate to large sized communities. This position also requires employee to live on-site in employer provided housing. The listed compensation includes the hourly wage only. Value of employer provided on-site housing (employee is responsible for utilities) is part of compensation package but rate is not inlcuded above.

Required qualifications include:

• Strong administrative skills.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks.
• The ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Must be able detailed oriented and consistently work with accuracy.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills to work with residents and resolve problems.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Must have a valid CA driver's license and a current registered vehicle with auto insurance.
• Be able to work in an office setting as well as outdoors managing property operations and conducting resident inspections and reading utility meters.
• Must be able to live in employer provided housing on-site.
