Assistant Community Manager opportunities - Inglewood, CA Position Overview The Assistant Community Manager supports daily operations across a high-volume property of approximately 260+ units. This role requires strong property management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with confidence and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Resident relations including inquiries, concerns, notices, and general communication Rent collections and delinquency follow up Touring units and supporting leasing activity Processing applications, move ins, and move outs Coordinating maintenance requests and communicating with the onsite team Conducting property inspections and documenting findings Supporting the Community Manager with administrative and operational tasks Traveling between multiple properties throughout the day as needed Required Experience Prior property management experience Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask Professional, reliable, and calm under pressure Comfortable handling challenging situations with patience and clarity Valid California drivers license and reliable transportation Ideal Candidate Traits Confident communicator Strong customer service mindset Detail oriented Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable with a high volume resident environment Bi-lingual Position #2 Position Overview The Assistant Community Manager supports daily operations across a mid-sized property of approximately 145+ units. This role requires prior property management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay organized while supporting multiple locations.
