We're not necessarily looking for someone who already knows everything about coffee. We're looking for people who are reliable, curious, fast learners, genuinely care about hospitality, and take pride in doing things well. We provide structured, hands-on training and a clear path to grow within the company. What you'll do Prepare and serve coffee, matcha, specialty drinks, and food according to our recipes and standards Create a welcoming, friendly experience for every customer Learn proper espresso preparation, milk steaming, drink building, and presentation Keep the bar, kitchen, customer areas, and equipment exceptionally clean and organized Complete opening, closing, prep, restocking, and cleaning responsibilities Follow food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures Help monitor inventory, product quality, waste, and availability Work efficiently and stay organized during busy periods Communicate clearly with teammates and help the shop run smoothly Continue learning and taking on new responsibilities as you progress through training Growth & Pay We believe increased skills and responsibility should come with increased opportunities. Team members can let us know their preferred availability, and additional hours may be available based on performance, reliability, availability, and the needs of the shop.
