We believe in fostering independence, dignity, and quality of life for the individuals we serve. We are seeking a House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential programs. This leadership role ensures quality care, regulatory compliance, and strong team support. The House Manager will supervise staff, manage consumer care, and partner with internal teams, families, and regional center representatives to deliver exceptional outcomes. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support Lead Staff and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Conduct staff orientation, shadowing, and ongoing training Manage consumer care plans, progress notes, and reports Oversee medication records, audits, and compliance documentation Coordinate medical, dental, and behavioral appointments Lead emergency preparedness, safety inspections, and incident reporting Partner with families, healthcare providers, and community agencies Ensure compliance with Regional Center and DDS standards Attend monthly manager meetings and corporate trainings 5+ years of leadership experience in residential care, supported living, or related field Strong background in compliance, audits, and staff supervision Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in technology, scheduling, and reporting tools

Required Certifications:
