A Property Manager manages operations for an apartment building or complex. Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions within a busy property management environment. Duties Greet visitors, tenants, and vendors warmly and professionally to ensure a positive first impression. Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, using proper phone etiquette to direct calls efficiently. Manage front desk activities including scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and providing information about properties. Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized records. Support office management by coordinating mail distribution, managing supplies, and assisting with administrative projects. Communicate effectively with clients and team members through written correspondence and verbal interactions. Skills Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client needs effectively. Excellent phone answering skills with expertise in multi-line phone systems and phone reception best practices. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person and over the phone. Organizational skills that enable efficient handling of multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy under pressure. Time management skills to prioritize responsibilities effectively throughout busy workdays.
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
