Property Management Company is looking for a Full-Time Apartment manager that lives on site to join our team in Lemoore, CA. This is an opportunity to work for a growing management company in a positive and supportive environment. Bi-Lingual (English-Spanish) a plus. YARDI experience is required, along with 2-3 years experience in property management. This complex is 108 units, which requires multitasking at all times and attention to detail. Must have experience in eviction process, unit turns and collections. Full time positions available. Pay DOE. Benefits for employees after introductory period include medical, 401k, vacation, holiday and bereavement. Paid 3 bedroom apartment also included.
