Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day management activities for assigned residential and commercial properties, ensuring buildings operate efficiently and effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing service requests, occupancy matters, and property-related concerns in a timely manner.
- Coordinate maintenance and vendor services, monitor work quality, and help keep properties safe, functional, and well presented.
- Support leasing and occupancy efforts by assisting with unit turnover, tenant communications, and documentation related to move-ins and renewals.
- Maintain accurate property records, prepare routine reports, and track operational issues, work orders, and compliance-related items.
- Monitor rent collection and basic financial activity, following established procedures for invoicing, delinquencies, and expense tracking.
- Help ensure properties follow applicable housing guidelines and regulations, including HUD-related requirements where needed.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs, operational improvements, and opportunities to enhance tenant satisfaction.
