This role is excellent opportunity for someone interested in building or continuing a career in property management. As an On-site Property Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for current residents and prospective tenants. The position is part time and includes on-site residency , allowing you to provide responsive and professional assistance with tenant needs and property operations. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, take pride in maintaining a clean and organized environment, and values positive relationships with residents and vendors. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the property, ensuring all units and common areas are clean, safe, and well maintained. Collect rent and manage tenant accounts accurately and responsibly. Advertise and market available units to prospective tenants. Respond promptly to tenant inquires and address any issues with professionalism and care. Coordinate and oversee maintenance requests and vendor work to meet property standards. Maintain accurate records and report regularly on financial and operational performance. Promote a respectful, positive, and professional community environment. Requirements Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.(Property Management experience is a plus). Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Strong customer service focus and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact. cash handling experience required. Knowledge of property management principles, rules, and regulations preferred. Must be 21 years or older. Must possess a valid drivers license. Ability to relocate to the property (on-site residency required). Bilingual(English/Spanish) strongly preferred Benefits Rent Credit(in exchange for on-site residency).
