Napa, CA Job Details Part-time $18 - $20 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description Overview Join our property management team as a Property Manager Assistant, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will help streamline daily operations and enhance tenant satisfaction. In this vital support role, you will collaborate closely with property managers to ensure smooth leasing processes, maintain property standards, and uphold excellent customer service. Your proactive attitude and organizational skills will contribute to the efficient management of residential or commercial properties, fostering positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members alike. Approximately 10-15 hours per week. Duties Assist in managing lease or rental agreement processes, including data entry, filing, and document preparation using property management tools such as Rent Manager. Support property maintenance coordination by tracking work orders, scheduling inspections, and liaising with vendors to ensure timely repairs Handle client communication via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service and resolving tenant inquiries promptly. Support compliance with Fair Housing regulations, Landlord-Tenant Law, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), Section 8 programs, and other legal requirements Aid in conflict management by mediating tenant concerns professionally and escalating issues when necessary Assist with property leasing activities, upselling available units or amenities to prospective tenants and managing lease or rental agreements efficiently Skills Proficiency in property management software such as Rent manager or willing to learn. Strong understanding of Landlord-Tenant Law, Fair Housing regulations, LIHTC programs, and Section 8 housing policies or willing to learn. Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and client relationship management experience Demonstrated experience in real estate administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and contract management Knowledge of property maintenance procedures and facilities management practices Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Team management skills with a collaborative mindset to support office operations and staff coordination
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
