Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Accepting applications Are you a leasing professional who thrives on driving occupancy, creating marketing strategies, and leading a successful leasing operation? We're looking for a Leasing Manager who is passionate about sales, marketing, and delivering an exceptional resident experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing creative marketing campaigns, leading leasing efforts, and helping communities achieve and exceed occupancy goals. What You'll Do Lead all leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase traffic and generate qualified leads. Manage online listings through AppFolio, Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, and social media. Create engaging content, promotions, and outreach campaigns to increase community visibility. Respond to inquiries, conduct property tours, process applications, and close leases. Build relationships with local businesses and referral partners to drive additional traffic. Analyze traffic, leasing, and marketing reports to identify opportunities for improvement. Coordinate resident move-ins, lease renewals, and resident retention initiatives. Maintain accurate resident files, leasing documentation, and CRM records. Partner with maintenance to ensure model homes, vacant units, and curb appeal are always show-ready. Conduct routine property inspections and identify opportunities to improve the resident experience. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies. Support multiple South Bay communities as needed. What We're Looking For 2-3 years of multifamily leasing or property management experience. Proven experience creating and executing marketing campaigns that drive leasing traffic and occupancy. Strong sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding leasing goals. Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software. Knowledge of Fair Housing and California landlord-tenant laws. Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable traveling between assigned properties throughout the South Bay area. Must be able to work Tuesday-Saturday. #
