Job Description

A property management company is seeking a Front Desk / Property Management Assistant to handle front desk reception and assist the Property Manager with the day-to-day operations and administrative tasks of an office building.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Weekends are generally not required; however, occasional weekend availability may be needed under special circumstances.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily front desk operations, including answering phone calls and greeting tenants, visitors, vendors, and other guests. Assist with general inquiries, maintenance requests, and other needs, maintain appropriate records and follow-ups, and report updates to the Property Manager as needed. Assist the Property Manager with daily property management and administrative tasks, including document organization, data entry, filing, spreadsheet preparation, and supply management. Monitor inventory regularly and notify the Property Manager when supplies need to be replenished. Assist with coordinating and following up on building maintenance, janitorial services, and common area upkeep. Assist with routine inspections of common areas, including the lobby, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and parking areas, and promptly report any issues. Receive and handle mail, packages, deliveries, and other routine front desk matters. Assist the Property Manager with tenant move-ins, move-outs, keys, and other related matters, including tracking, issuing, collecting, and transferring keys and access cards.
Qualifications:
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to organize, prioritize, and follow up on multiple tasks. Good communication skills with the ability to communicate in both English and Chinese in a professional work environment. Proficient in basic office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email . Previous experience in front desk reception, administration, or property management is preferred. Seeking a stable, long-term position. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
