Gothic Landscape is looking for a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to join our Palo Alto team. This is a highly visible role for a motivated professional who can successfully balance customer service, team leadership, quality control, and business development . What You'll Do As an Account Manager, you will: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial landscape clients through proactive communication and exceptional service. Manage a portfolio of landscape maintenance accounts, ensuring quality, timely, and profitable service. Lead and support field crews, including morning dispatch, workload planning, performance management, coaching, and addressing employee or client concerns. Conduct proactive property and site quality inspections and communicate findings and action plans to clients and internal teams. Partner with branch leadership and operations to improve customer retention, service quality, productivity, and profitability. Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional services and consultative selling. Network within the local market and generate referrals and new business opportunities. Prepare, present, and follow up on proposals and bids for additional services and new opportunities. Help the branch achieve its overall goals for quality, customer retention, growth, and profitability . What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven leader who understands the commercial landscape industry and knows how to successfully manage both clients and field operations . Skills & Experience 5+ years of commercial landscape experience with demonstrated client and crew management experience highly preferred. Proven experience managing a large portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts . 2

• or 4-year college degree in Landscape Management, Horticulture, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered.

2-3+ years of experience training, leading, and managing multiple crews, gardeners, or field employees. 3+ years of strong customer service, sales, account management, or comparable experience. Demonstrated success identifying opportunities and selling additional services to existing clients. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare and present proposals and bids. Excellent time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with branch leadership and field teams. Professional presence and the ability to build trust with clients, employees, and business partners.
