Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Direct daily management activities for assigned residential and commercial properties, ensuring buildings are well-maintained and operations run smoothly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing questions, resolving concerns, and supporting positive occupant relationships.
- Coordinate leasing-related activities such as unit availability, tenant onboarding, renewals, and move-in or move-out processes.
- Monitor property conditions through regular inspections and arrange maintenance or vendor services to address repair needs promptly.
- Track operating expenses, rent collection, and basic property financial records to support budget awareness and performance goals.
- Help ensure compliance with applicable housing standards, lease requirements, and HUD-related guidelines where required.
- Work closely with contractors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to complete property-related projects and ongoing service needs.
- Prepare routine reports on occupancy, maintenance status, tenant matters, and overall property operations for management review.
