The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing care from staff and ensuring residents are obtaining the care needed by each individual, medication administration assistance, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the home Ensure compliance with all regulations and resident's rights Develop and implement care plans and the home's policies Oversee medication administration assistance and ensure proper dosage and schedules Provide leadership and guidance to all staff members Coordinate activities for residents Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents Experience Previous experience is required Knowledge of operations management in a home facility setting Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Familiarity with care plans and medication administration assistance Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team
