Position Overview We're seeking a Community Association Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned HOAs, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with governing documents. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication skills, sharp problem-solving abilities who thrives in a dynamic environment, and a talent for building relationships. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between HOA boards, residents, vendors, and internal teams. Provide expert guidance on governance, finances, and long-term planning to HOA boards. Proactively address homeowner concerns and enforce community rules professionally. Manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and oversee audits and reserve studies. Maintain excellent community standards through regular site visits and vendor coordination. Prepare reports, take detailed meeting minutes, and facilitate board meetings (including evenings). Stay current on HOA laws, best practices, and industry trends to effectively advise boards. Qualifications Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills. Comfort and proficiency with budgeting, financial statements, and reserve planning. Ability to manage multiple priorities in changing circumstances. Professional, organized, and detail-oriented. Tech-savvy with managing community websites and using community management software (no programming required). Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for site visits and meetings.
