May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Join the BLVD Residential Team! BLVD Residential is seeking an experienced and motivated Community Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Sunrise Station in Rancho Cordova, California. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused leader who is passionate about property management, resident satisfaction, and team development. The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of community operations, including leasing, resident relations, financial performance, marketing, maintenance coordination, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a proven ability to drive occupancy while delivering exceptional service to residents.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM After Hours Emergency On Call Schedule:
24/7 Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the community, including leasing, maintenance, administrative, and resident services functions. Lead and support on-site team members to achieve occupancy, resident retention, and financial goals. Monitor property performance, including revenue management, collections, budgeting, and expense control. Perform accounting responsibilities, including processing resident deposits, reviewing delinquency reports, and managing collections efforts. Respond to rental inquiries and oversee leasing activities to maximize occupancy. Develop and implement marketing initiatives, including social media outreach and community engagement efforts. Build positive relationships with residents, prospects, vendors, and team members. Address resident concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure community standards are maintained. Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, landlord-tenant laws, and other applicable regulations. Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and support regional management with operational objectives. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years of multi-family property management experience preferred. At least 1 year of lease-up experience required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Property management certification preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Experience with leasing, resident relations, and rent collections. Basic knowledge of property financials, budgeting, and reporting. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software; Entrata experience preferred. Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and property management compliance requirements. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties, as needed. Positive, solutions-oriented attitude with a commitment to exceptional resident service. Proven ability to drive occupancy, control expenses, and lead a high-performing team. Ability to maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
