We're looking for a Vacation Rental Specialist with previous experience in the short-term rental or hospitality industry. The ideal candidate is warm, people-focused, and highly organized — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and loves helping guests and homeowners have exceptional experiences. Strong attention to detail, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with ease are essential.

Key responsibilities:

Provide great vacation home management services for a quality collection of vacation rentals in the Coachella Valley. Perform vacation home property inspections, light cleaning, light maintenance, and attentive guest/owner services for vacation rentals under our care throughout the Coachella Valley. Must have a reliable vehicle. Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing guest/owner questions or needs, including in-person house visits to properties for customer care. Preparation of homes prior to guest arrival and inspecting homes upon departure. Tracking and resolving maintenance issues, coordinating repairs with vendors and team members, ensuring timely management of time/tasks and at a high quality completion. Communicating with and resolving issues for guests, homeowners and team members. Interacting with guests, vendors, field team and office to maintain high standards of property care.

Required skills and qualities:

Availability to work weekends.

Work schedule includes:

- combination of weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays. Must be flexible

Compensation:

$17 hourly plus mileage reimbursement. This is a full time field position and requires reliable transportation.
