On-Site Part-Time Property Manager in a Mobile Home Community Redding Village Redding, CA Job Details Part-time From $17 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Qualifications Computer skills Full Job Description Redding Village Mobile Home Community is seeking a dependable Part-Time On-Site Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our community located at 2700 South Market Street, Redding, CA. Applicants must be willing to live in the Redding Village community.
Estimated start date:
Mid to late August.
Compensation:
$17.00 per hour Average 20 hours per week (hours vary based on workload) Monthly space rent included for our company owned 2 bedroom single-wide manufactured home
Responsibilities Include:
Managing resident relations Enforcing community rules and regulations Marketing and filling vacancies Distributing rent invoices and compliance notices Collecting rent payments and making bank deposits Overseeing maintenance and landscaping Coordinating vendors and obtaining repair quotes Processing rental applications Maintaining records and communicating with ownership Responding to community emergencies when needed
Qualifications:
Computer and email proficiency Strong verbal and written communication skills Good organizational and problem solving abilities Dependable, professional, and self-motivated If you are organized, enjoy working with people, and want to help maintain a clean, safe, and well managed community, we'd like to hear from you.
