We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented on-site Resident Manager to join our team and support day-to-day operations. Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, proactive Resident Manager to live on-site and support daily property operations at Center of Hope II (a 49 Unit Housing Community). This position includes a 2-bedroom unit in exchange for 10 hours of work per week. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, computer savvy, and comfortable interacting with a wide range of people. The Resident Manager will serve as the on-site point of contact and help ensure the property is well-maintained and responsive to resident needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain dumpster areas, parking lot. Empty doggie relief stations and remove trash and litter from the exterior of the building and sidewalks daily. Conduct routine inspections of units and common areas, reporting any issues requiring additional attention. Clean and maintain common areas including hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms, and outdoor grounds. Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner. Monitor building systems and report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or repair needs. Support the property management team with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Ability to safely operate basic tools and cleaning equipment. General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions. Positive, self-motivated, and customer-service oriented.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work such as bending, climbing, and carrying. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Physical & Other Requirements Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Schedule:
Part-time:
10 hours per week. Flexibility to assist with occasional after-hours emergencies; including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation:
