Property Manager:

Customer-focused, Performance-driven We're looking for a friendly, confident, customer-focused professional to run the day-to-day operations of our self-storage facility in Redding, CA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in keeping things organized, and isn't afraid to confidently close a sale. If you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and driving results, this role offers the opportunity to oversee a self-storage location with ownership and autonomy. What You'll Be Doing You'll be the primary on-site leader responsible for both customer experience and property performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

Helping customers choose the right storage solution and closing rentals Following up on leads and maintaining strong occupancy Delivering exceptional customer service Processing payments and managing accounts Maintaining a clean, secure, well-run facility Enforcing policies with confidence and professionalism Tracking performance and managing records using property management software This role blends customer service, sales, and operations! Compensation & Perks Stable Hours:

THURSDAY-MONDAY, 9 AM-6 PM

$20.00-21.00 hourly pay PLUS!
