Job Description

Committed to achieving real estate licensure within a six-month timeframe to advance career opportunities in the industry. Office hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. 35 to 40 hours a week. Pay depending on experience and job ability. Must have a valid drivers license and insurance, with a clean DMV record. Must have own vehicle available for use during office hours. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential. To assist the property manager in:
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of properties and ensure their efficient operation
  • Oversee property maintenance and repairs, coordinating with contractors as needed
  • Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
  • Maintain accurate records and files related to property management activities
  • Utilize a customer relationship management (AppFolio) system to track tenant interactions and maintain positive relationships
  • Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (AppFolio) to schedule and track property maintenance tasks
  • Perform data entry and generate reports as needed
  • Uphold phone etiquette when communicating with tenants, vendors, and property owners.
Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
  • Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Knowledge of property management principles and practices
