You will:
Develop and grow referral relationships with Realtors, builders, financial professionals, and community partners Generate new mortgage business through networking, prospecting, and relationship building Educate homebuyers on financing options in a way that is simple, approachable, and easy to understand Structure mortgage solutions that meet each client's financial goals Manage your loan pipeline while partnering with an experienced processing team to deliver a smooth closing experience Stay connected with past clients to generate repeat mortgage business and referrals Represent yourself and the company professionally throughout your local market Leverage social media and personal branding to remain visible and top of mind with referral partners and clients Continue learning mortgage products, lending guidelines, and market trends to remain a trusted advisor Residential Mortgage Loan Officer - You Have (Required Skills, Experience & Team Fit) You have: Prior experience originating residential mortgage loans A proven track record of generating your own business through prospecting, networking, and referrals A hunter mentality. Compensation 100% commission, estimated $85,000 to $350,000 OTE depending on your loan origination volume.
