Part-Time Property Management Assistant — Roseville Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-2:00 PM Looking for a professional part-time position that fits within the school day? Our Roseville property management office is looking for a dependable, organized person to join our team as a Part-Time Property Management Assistant . This position could be a great fit for someone returning to the workforce or looking for meaningful professional work with consistent daytime hours rather than a traditional full-time schedule. The position is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM , with no evening or weekend hours. What You'll Be Doing You'll help keep our office and properties running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
Communicating with tenants, property owners, vendors, and contractors Coordinating maintenance requests and work orders Assisting with leasing and property-related appointments Entering information and managing tasks in AppFolio Preparing reports and keeping records organized and up to date Visiting properties throughout Roseville and the surrounding area as needed Helping with the day-to-day administrative needs of a busy property management office Who We're Looking For Property management experience is helpful, but we're especially interested in finding someone who is organized, reliable, comfortable communicating with people, and able to take ownership of their work .
You should:
Be highly organized and detail-oriented Communicate professionally and comfortably by phone, email, and in person Be comfortable learning new software and office systems Be able to work independently and prioritize several things at once Have a valid driver's license and the ability to travel to properties throughout the area Be comfortable occasionally meeting tenants, vendors, or contractors at properties Experience with AppFolio or property management is a plus, but training can be provided for the right person.
