Compensation:

$54,600 - $78,540 yearly

Responsibilities:

Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process Show units and generate excitement from prospective tenants to ensure all units are leased in a timely manner Show properties to potential tenants Screen applicants and verify rental and employment history Verify documents related to credit and banking/income Conduct inspections of properties using a provided camera app Develop rapport with tenants and then owners Learn how to manage and build your own book of business
