Description We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial properties. This role is responsible for maintaining strong tenant relationships, managing vendors, supporting lease administration, overseeing property budgets, and ensuring each property is well maintained and operating efficiently. Key Responsibilities

+ Manage daily operations for assigned commercial properties

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and contractors

+ Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects

+ Monitor property budgets, expenses, and financial performance

+ Review leases and ensure compliance with lease terms

+ Prepare operational reports and support financial reporting

+ Conduct property inspections and ensure safety and regulatory compliance

+ Oversee vendor contracts and service delivery

+ Assist with tenant retention efforts and occupancy goals Requirements + 3+ years of commercial property management experience

+ Strong knowledge of lease administration, budgeting, and vendor management

+ Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively

+ Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
