Job Description
HOA Property Supervisor (San Gabriel, CA): Manage the daily operations of HOAs. Assist budgeting, financial reporting, tax preparation support, & vendor contract admin. Serve as a liaison betw residents, board members, vendors to negot mgmt & service contracts, determine priorities, & discuss the financial & operational status of properties. Dvlp & maintain communication strategies using digital media, newsletters, websites, & social media platforms. Assist Chinese-speaking residents w/questions, service requests, maintenance concerns, community policies, & access to association resources. Must have a Mstr's Deg in Digital Media Connect or Biz Admin. Must have a Certified Community Association Manager certification & a HSK Certification showing Chinese Proficiency.
